On the South side of the peninsula Pelopónnisos, 80 km on the left of
Athens (its airport is 100 km from Corinth). When you take the road to
Epidavros you end up in the villages Isthmia and Loutro Elenis. The
apartment is situated between those two villages with a full view on
the sea. Please take into account that there is almost no public
transport nearby the apartment. For short trips taxis are suitable.
However, for longer distances, a car is required.
There is a train connection from the
airport to Corinth. Change trains in Neratziotissa. The traveling time
is around 80 minutes. A single way ticket costs about 7 to 8 euro.
If you come by car you will need to take the motorway in Athens towards
Corinth and Epidavros. On the motorway you pay a fee twice, all
together about 5 €. At the exit Corinth - Epidavros, you leave the
motorway and you take the road to Epidavros. The distance from the
exit, which is nearby the Corinth Canal, to the apartment is
approximately 4,5 km. From the exit you first pass the village Isthmia,
after a further 3 km you will come across a Shell gas station on your
right. From there it is still another 2 km. You continue to drive in
the direction of Epidavros. On your left you pass a large sign “Hotel
King Sharon” together with a number of flags. From there it is still
another 1,8 km. You then take the new asphalt road on your right side.
You will see the dustbin collectors and a sign “Villa Annabelle”. The
entry road is about 100 m past house number 93 bis (on the road to
Epidavros).
The building is located on an area of 2.837 m². There is electricity, a
telephone connection and a tv set. A water pit is available which
caters for drinking water. Around the apartment new grass has been
planted. Also available are: a swimming pool, two barbecues (outside)
and a sink, a large parking space, and a petanque facility. The whole
apartment is air conditioned. The actual building consists of 6
separate apartments, two on the highest floor and 4 on the first floor
with bedrooms on the level floor. Our apartment is situated on the
right side of the first floor (with the rooms thus on the level floor).
The total size is about 80 m² with a terrace of around 20 m². It
consists of a living room with an open fireplace, a kitchen, a
lavatory, and the large terrace on the first floor. On the level floor
there is a bathroom with shower, a little room with a bunk bed for 2
persons, and two rooms, one with a double bed and onewith two beds.
Those two rooms have a view on the grass and the swimming pool.
Rent - costs – arrangements
- Ask in advance which dates the apartment is available.
- The apartment is ideally suited for 6 persons; 2 rooms with a double
bed and one small room with bunk bed for 2 persons.
- Upfront fee: 250 €. If the arrangement is canceled, the upfront fee
will not be repaid. Your annulations insurance might cover for this.
- The fee needs to be paid one month in advance.

- Costs: The costs such as water, electricity, heating and air
conditioning, swimming pool etc. are included in the rent. This is also
the case for the sheets and the laundry.
